Greg at SoCal Renovations is my go-to contractor. He is easy to work with, very professional, very conscientious, and has a great team behind him. He has completed three large projects for me, and I am ecstatic with the outcome! He turned my garage into a mancave by building out the attic space with a subfloor and pull-down ladder, finishing off all of the walls and ceiling, and adding recessed lighting.
We have use So Cal Renovations for all of our remodeling since 2016 and we have been nothing but ecstatic. Greg is a genius for understanding space design and functionality. Plus he knows how to make the design work within the budget. Their subs are so good, we consider them artists. Tile work ... unbelievable, plumbing ... extraordinary, dry wall and finishing ... superb, painting ... fantastic, cabinets ... beautiful, painting ... best I ever seen.
Working with Greg and his crew at SoCal Renovations was an absolute pleasure. My project was an exterior installation of horizontal siding, replacing stucco columns with wood clad, enclosing eaves, building a new gate, new paint of the entire exterior, and installing all new lighting on my home.
